02The plot
A town or district is enough if you are still looking.
03The house
Without the plot. A 110 m² house is about ¥34.1M.
Starting from an existing plan saves about a month of design.

At the plot visit we bring:

  • aA sun-path reading for your plot in December and June
  • bNotes on snow drift, wind and the access road for the crane
  • cFloor plans of two houses close to what you described
  • dGrants your house would qualify for, with amounts

We have no plot yet. Is it too early?

No. We can look at plots with you before you buy and tell you what each would cost to build on — slope, ground and access change the price more than most people expect.

Will you pass our details to anyone?

No. Your answers stay with our office in Obihiro and are deleted after a year if we do not build together.

How many houses do you build a year?

Between six and eight, so slab dates for the next season are usually set by the end of March. Writing in autumn or winter gives the most choice.
