  4. When you are readyDesign stageThree months of drawing together. The fee is credited to the build.

  • The plot's registry extract or sales sheet, if you have one
  • A few phone photos of the plot, ideally one taken in winter
  • Rooms you cannot live without, and the ones you could
  • The monthly payment you are comfortable with
  • Boots — we will walk the boundary
